Builder Cleans sole purpose is to provide an exceptional cleaning services to Builders, Building Contractors & Home Owners in the South East of England.

Builder Cleans aim is to work with Builders & Contractors so that:

• All the Builders hard work shines when they hand the property back to their client after the Builder Clean or Sparkle Clean.

• The Client can move back in immediately (even the same day) after the Builder Clean or Sparkle Clean is finished.

• Each Builder Clean or Sparkle Clean is finished in just 1 Day.

Builder Cleans works with each Builder/Client so that Builder Cleans can tailor our response and work within the Clients timetable and will complete each Builder Clean in just 1 day. Sometimes for reasons beyond the Builders control the Builder Clean has to be arranged differently, wether that involves splitting the Builder Clean across different weeks (ie. for the Builders stage payments) or focusing on certain areas first (ie. Floor by Floor working ahead of carpet fitters or the client's moving back in), no matter the reason, we work with the Builder/Home Owner to ensure the Builder Clean &/or Sparkle Clean is done & that it is done right first time.

Each client receives a date for their Builder Clean / Sparkle Clean and a bespoke price for their Builder Clean / Sparkle Clean. On the day of the Builder Clean one of our teams will complete the property Builder Clean or Sparkle Clean for the previously agreed fixed price, regardless of how long it takes. Each of our teams has only one client for each day, so they are focussed on making the property be the best it can be, without worrying about running over.
