Our After Builders Cleans service can include the following tasks:

Vacuuming & Cleaning of the entire property, including fittings like cupboards, shelves, and wardrobes.

Cleaning and polishing of all surfaces in the property.

Removing excess Grout & Adhesives from tiles throughout the property (as well as removing all limescale which may have built up).

Cleaning & Polishing of sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and other bathroom fixtures.

Removal of all Packaging & tapes from new appliances and cabinets etc.

Vacuuming &/or Moping of all floors throughout the property.

All Builder Cleans.com's Builders Cleans are completed to a Sparkle Clean standard, consequently there it might not be necessary to order a separate Sparkle Clean unless the property has stood empty for a while (during a long sales process &/or move in process), or minor works have occurred after the initial Builders Clean (ie. builder completing their snag list &/or clients furniture has been moved in).
